I ordered the trial in Nov which did not arrive until 10 days after I placed the order. I telephoned to cancel any further subscription. They told me it was now cancelled however they did not tell me I was going to be charged for the trial product in full. On the 17th January alarm bells sounded when I received an email informing me that the product had been dispatched. I phoned the number to ensure my account was cancelled and the product was not being dispatched, they assurred me it was. Upon scrutinising my bank statement for December on the 18th Jan because my account was looking a lot less healthy than expected, I discovered they had charged me for the 2 products in full. £69.95 each. I telephoned again only to be told that my call to cancel after the trial was too late and outside of the 14 days, I tried to argue and requested the payment back, without success they are very hard sales sharks who are used to encountering irrate customers because thats how they do business. I contacted my bank today and cancelled my card and asked to be issued with a new one in case they try to take any future payments. I think this scam needs more attention and I hope that others find this blog before they are fooled by these fraudsters.
