On January 3rd, I placed an order of a free product to try for 14 days. I paid for shipping and handling the amount of 4.95$. Today I received the product, (15 days later) The statement that was enclosed informed me that yesterday I was billed with the amount of 99.95$ because my trial period ended. I am trying to reach customer service at (US) 1-888-478-0416 but it is impossible since I live in Greece.
I have tried forwarding a mail but no one answers me.
They also informed me in the statement that was enclosed with the product that they will continue to send products once every month and bill me again and again month in month out.
I want to make this stop.
Please help me do so.
