I ordered the complete box set of Northern Exposure for my boyfriend for Christmas. While I was ordering the site said it was a 2 to 3 week delivery timeframe. My confirmation email said 3 to 4 weeks. On, 01/05 I contacted them and like the other customer reported I was given a rather lame excuse that the post office was closed for holidays and I needed to just give it another week. As of 01/17 I still don't have my order and was told by the company that if I disputed the charge they would file charges against me and called me a loser.
