Ordered Northern Exposure in December. As of this date, 2-15-13, have not received product. Contacted company and they were putting a trace on the product and if it didn't come within 3-5 days they would either send a new order via FedEx or grant my request for a refund. It's been 11 days since that last email so I sent a 3rd email demanding a refund. My email was send back as undeliverable. I attempted to file a complaint with the BBB, but the information they require is not to be found on the DVDGator site, which I now am unable to pull up.
