On 11/21 I ordered what was suppose to be and lead to believe a pair of Beats by Dr Dre HD SOLO haedphones from this company, I began having trouble immediately, when i finally got my product in December there was no box it was packed in a half torn cardboard box, I got in contact with their customer service again they said it was suppose to be in a factory box, they offered a small refund of 12.00 to cover the box, i accepted that offer. These were a gift for my daughter for christmas, well within 2 weelks after christmas, the cord broke to be able to use them, so I told her to get one and I would pay her back, when she went to get one she was told that these headphones were not new as lead to believe and they were possibly the fake ones, which now I know thay are. I have been trying since the first of the month to get a refund and offered to send them the product back all I get is excuses from them and now I am tired of it and want to do something about their website, this site has all the bells and whistles they show they are a trusted site but if you click on it it goes nowhere, they also show being secure but I highly doubt they are. I would like to try and contiue to get my money back since I have since purchased a real set of the headphones and get this site banned.
