I was taken in by an advert on line from channel 4 news. A reporter was reviewing this product and said it was the best thing she had done so i sent off for my free trial samples. Only when i got the bottle did i realise if i was not happy i had 14 days to return it and to get a code to send it back but only when i realised it had taken 14 days for them to post it out to me so i was over the given time. I told them over the phone my problem but they did not really want to know. I told them i could not afford for them to take the 69 quid and they told me if i could send it back to them by 26th December they would give me my money back. There was no way i could post it out in time. I sent it as soon as possible but now (14th Jan) i was sent an email to say they are sending out more bottles. I now have the task of trying to contact them to say i dont want it. I have cancled my card and account and sending a fraud notice. I dont know what else to do or if they can chace me for money.
