I ordered ONE bottle of the 14 day trial Mizulean at a small cost of shipping only, I have been sent one bottle of Mizulean and one bottle of Pureacleanse, both at the price of £69.95. I have 3 days left to cancel and return the product or I will be charged for both bottles! It is impossible to get an answer when contacting the company. I have run up £20.00 in call costs so far trying to cancel any further shipments and to receive the RMA No. That you need to send back the purchases! This company is a complete joke. Why have a customer service line and email address when there is no one to carry out CUSTOMER SERVICE!? I have contacted my bank and they had already spoken to two customers that day about the company. I have been told that they have sent a cancellation to the company and that I have to keep an eye in case any payments to come out in which case they will do what they can to make sure the money goes back into my account. I need to send this order back asap but I cannot get an answer when contacting their telephone number! I did read from one person who posted on Scambook's facebook page that the RMA number is actually your order number. I would very much like to believe this is true so I can send the stupid bottles back to them!
