Consistent theme... Paid them 3K after recieving a consultation for a loan modification. Was told it would take 3 months, and since then have continued to have difficulty getting in touch with personnel. When responsive, the same message is provided that they are expectating to have final approval "next day, week, month, etc." Don't go through this program, it is a complete ripoff. Look at their website... It's a joke.
