Called what I thought was Apple service and the company indicated this fact. Charged me to fix problem which appeared to work but suggested I install an antivirus program and transferred to a " Tech 1" and was billed separately for another $59.99. This showed up in my Amex bill under 800-686-9789. My total cost was $139.98 US. Today I attended the Winnipeg, Canada Apple Store to make purchase and was advised this is NOT an Apple Service Location. This appears to be a SCAM
