I paid approximaely $1,000 for a 4 night/day all inclusive vacation package to the Bahamas. For a period of almost a year I sent emails requesting an update to the trip and was continuously told nothing was yet available. I phoned and my messages were not returned. I requested a refund and indicated that I would return the original vacation certificate. I did not hear back from them and when the expiration date came and I did not hear anything I became suspicious. I would like to avoid others from experiencing the same thing.
