I purchased the trial offer Regalcigs for my daughter. She was receiving the highest in the tobacco so I called and ask to have the order changed to the low tobacco. The order was never changed. I called and ask again to have it changed and again she was sent the wrong refill. I finally ask what could be done and they said to send that box back and they would refund the charge minus the shipping and handling. We had to call for a number before we could send it back and they said it would be also a restocking fee of 25%. I received a 17.47 credit and they got the entire box of five refills. They can now rip someone else off with that same pack. They made 122.33 off of those 5 refills. I was told they can't give the money back. I believe this company is ripping people off every day with their terrible business practices. I would recommend never buying any thing from them.
