Trying to call Equinox, as no phone # was on any packages, had to hunt for #, finally found this #877-524-0259, to cancel further shipment of product. Call center said he was going to transfer me to the manager, but only was connected to a voice mail, recalled center and was told to recall in a hour when manager would be back. Finally got ahold of someone, they said to return product and they will credit back my card. Said it could take 2-3 weeks after they get product back, we'll see. I had him email me what he had said. Anyway, if this phone # helps anyone&good. Hope Dr. Oz gets his name away from the product and false ads.
