The guy posted the Galaxy Note 2 for sale on a website for 350.00 and we agreed that we would use Google Checkout to purchase. He gave me a transaction ID number from Google Checkout which is GCMT-83257210, then i sent him the money using using Western Union to the what was supposed to be the area supervisor (Alexandru Popescu, from there he was to provide me with a tracking number for my device and now I cant reach him.
