Sent money via Western Union Money Transfer to a (supposidly) Google Checkout agent for secure holding until i received a truck I was trying to buy from an ad in craigslist bend oregon in the car/truck section. I am sure it was a scam (solder being deployed and selling truck). I thought by using Google Checkout for payment security it was safe, as Google Checkout promised to hold the money for up to 10 days after the truck was received and inspected by me. As of today, August 7 I can not get a response via email from the seller or Google Checkout.
