My 14 yr. Old son purchased a necklace on line in Oct. For me for Christmas using my card. He said it was going to be $5.99 plus shipping & handling, approx $10.00. He gave me $10.00 in cash and I allowed him to order. At Christmas he gave me my gift, since then I have been charged $98.00, then $49.00, and then another $49.00. Yesterday I received a pair of stud earrings, never ordered, by the way I do not have pierced ears... I called my credit card company to stop the charges but they said they had already gone through. They also said a 3rd charge for $49.00 would appear on my January bill. The company refuses to get back to me. These charges are fraudulent and unauthorized and the product is sub par. How can they get away with basic consumer rip off despite complaints and requests to cease and desist?
