I received a notice on my computer while at the JC Penny website that I had won a necklace valued at $119.00. I had only to pay $13. Xx for shippling and handling. I used a credit card to charge the shipping. I was instead billed $98. I have now been sent another necklace that I do not want and I am still trying to figure out how to return it and get the charges off my card
