I ordered a trial bottle each of Vitalyze and Sylkskin paid a handling fee for both shipments. I called 2 times to cancel the orders within the 30 days free trial period to make sure no further shipments will be delivered because the products do not work for me. I was assured that no more shipments or charges will applied. However, I continued receiving and charged for the unwanted 4 shipments between Nov. 2012 and Jan. 2013. I called the company in mid Dec. 2012 after finding out the credit card was charged for the 2 shipments at the time, I then called the company, and was instructed to return the products with a given RMA number written on the packages, and refunds will applied once the company received the return products. I did as told with the 4 packages returned and still seeing no refunds to my credit card at all in spite of my many follow up calls to the company. Their phone Reps. Are trained to respond to customers with many lies, they keep me on hold anywhere from 10 mins. To 1/2 hrs many times during the calls for no reason and were hung up a couple times. Most of the times I was told the refunds will be processed. The last time I called in mid January and was told that only 1 refund of $75 can be applied as this is their company policy. This Is definitely a scamming company, charging my credit card under EnergyFB.com and SBodyfit.com, strategically trying to circulate return shipments to later customers to scam more moneys, I still have not received my refunds at all.
