I signed a contact with Ben on May for renovations. I paid a deposit. The deal was I was to tell him when I bought the material and they would schedule the job. I spent several thousand dollars on materials and had them delivered to my house. I notified Ben by fax in July that I was ready for him to start working. No response. I sent an email in August that I was ready tor him to start working. I got an email response that the crew would start work the first week of September. I got the house ready, put things in storage, No one showed. Never heard from them since. I sent a registered letter in November asking for my deposit back. They signed for the registered letter but no response. No refund of deposit. I am not happy with Home improvement people because they took my money.
