Signed a contract with Sears Home Improvement to remodel bathroom, when the work was not started and no one could give us a start date, we cancelled, this was 2 months ago.
They still have not refunded our money claiming it is their "sole discretion" to keep it, filed a complaint with BBB and the Sears representative lied to them stating the case was closed that they were in contact with me, when they were not.
Now filed a Consumer Affairs Complaint, as this is absolutely absurd.
Next will be a lawyer, never sign a contract with sears home improvements, don't even let a salesperson come to your home!!!
