On May 27th I went into a contract with Mr. Harper to renovate my house gave him $ 64,000.00 for improvement up to now he has not completed any of the renovations he comes maybe once a week and put some plaster on a wall or to nail something he has completely destroyed my house both on the inside and the outside can't have anyone come in the house nowhere to sit. I am 61 years of age and a cancer survivor still in treatment and can't afford to get anyone to complete the work and he is still asking for more $for materials he totally took off my roof you can actually see the wood.
