Bought into program that can help get me out of debt in less than 5 years and also save at least $5000.00 in interest. If they could not save me that much, I could cancel within 14days. After I received the debt analysis and the savings were less the the $5000 that was promised, they agreed to refund my money. I know who I spoke to but was not told to return the debt analysis in order to receive refund. I returned the analysis on December 27, now I can't get anyone on the phone.
