I paid this company $1000 because I was guaranteed a savings of at least $3000 in interest rates on my credit cards. They told me they would negotiate with all my credit cards to get my interest rates lowered on existing debt, therefore saving me thousands of dollars. Here it is almost a year later, and I've received a total "interest refund" of $130. They got 1 interest rate lowered on any new purchases, which doesn't help if the credit card is maxed out. NO other interest rates have been changed. I called today to try to get a refund, and they told me that my "debt analysis" shows a savings of $16000, therefore they've met their guarantee. That "debt analysis" was an emailed chart showing me how much to pay on what credit cards per month, to get it paid down. I could have done that on my own without wasting $1000. I repeat none of my interest rates have been lowered on any existing debt, and they refuse to refund my money.
