On December 13, I placed an order for boxed sets of NYPD Blue and Hill Street Blues DVDs for a total of $188.00. I received a message saying my order was accepted and another message saying the order had shipped & to expect it in two to three weeks. I sent several e-mail messages asking where my order was, and to this date, February 24, I have received nothing but excuses, and now my emails are undeliverable. One message I received did have a GORDON KENNEDY listed as CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER. Now, I cannot even find this company online.
