After a head-on car crash that has left me disabled and recovering I wanted a treadmill to assist me in my recovery.
On Nov 24 I ordered and paid for a NordicTrack Commercial Grade 1750 Treadmill. As of today, January 18 I have no functional treadmill but a large piece of metal in my living room. I was told by ICON (by a Cami) that a third delivery was not possible and the order would be cancelled.
Why can't I get a product delivered that works? The first item wasn't even taken off the truck since the belt was broken. The second item was delivered by JB Hunt and assembled and the consol did not work. A wrong part was ordered and delivered and it was not what the technician needed. Then ICON said no more!
This was the first product that I have ordered and paid for and never got. Why???
This could help me rehabilitate after a 16 yo hit me head-on
