I am a member of the Dell advantage Loyalty program, which says that the customer receives 5% Promo gift card on the purchases made under the program. But as said, I did not receive any promo cards on my last two purchases. Also they have a very poor customer service, whenever I call them regarding this issue, the representative asks us to stay on line for a long time saying he would transfer the call to other department which would not happen at all. Hope they would improve their Service.
