Dont hire this company, I hired them on monday to go out on wednesday to take care of both my rentals in beverly hills, fl, I paid extra money for a repair to seal up the roof on tuesday before they come the next day. The reason i paided extra is Diane said they could make out wednesday because they where going on vacation, I hired them for both houses and one house has a rodent problem thats why time was of the essence. NO SHOW on wednesday and then they call thursday and tell us they cant make it till the 21st which they where scheduled the 9th. I understand thingS come up and if it was only bugs we can wait no problem, but I have a family with young children in the house so they DONT CARE ABOUT THE WELFARE OF CHILDREN, because otherwise they would send somebody from there other location to handle the rodents, I QUESS THEIR VACATION IS MORE IMPORTANT THEN CHILDREN IN A HOUSE WITH RODENTS WHEN WE WHERE ALREADY SCHEDULED TO DO THE JOB, DONT BE FOULED BY THE FAKE SHORT REVIEWS AND EXPECTING PEOPLE TO WAIT 12 DAYS WHEN THEY DROPPED THE BALL IS UNEXCEPTABLE, WAY TO LOOK OUT FOR THE CHILDREN, THANKS FOR LOOKING OUT FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS AND ARE U. S veterans
