Lied and held my package for 2 days

I go in on a Monday and drop off a package with a pre paid label from UPS. I needed it taped up and ask the lady to tape it. She says I will tape it in the back. I say could you please do it now this is a very expensive item. And she takes that as me accusing her of stealing and says we have been here 10 years and never had a problem. I say I am sure thats fine please tape it now though. I leave expecting my package to go out that day. Well I track the tracking # on Tuesday and still nothing on there, I check Wednesday and still nothing so I go to the store and they say well maybe it went out Tuesday and to check online tonight. Well I check Thurssday morning and it says the package just was scanned by UPS on Wednesday at 1:43pm so that means UPS never got the package till that time. I called to complain and the lady says oh that went out Monday and I say there is no way it went out Monday since it wasn't scanned by UPS till Wednesday. I say I wont be back in there she says good that would be great. This place is sneaky and will hold your packages for a few days if you ask or say anything that she takes as accusing them of stealing. I guess they have had this problem before. Stay away from "handle with care"
