Pickwick vacation rentals As a renter, on the weekends, they dont answer the phone when calling for help at the property They dont check the property for bugs

Thsi company lacks professionalism. They rent you a house or cabin and then are unavailable to help you if have a problem during your stay. I mean serious problems like the power goes out (not during a storm), no hot water, the remote controls dont have batteries etc... They make excuses when you do speak to them. They wont reimburse you for any time you are inconvenienced. I rented one place and when I got there, all the doors were wide-open. I dont recommend this service at all.
