Horrible customer service

I finished the course, but only after making 4 phone calls to HORRIBLE customer services representatives. One "help" representative cut me off in the middle of me explaining the fact that the course kept locking me out over and over again and said:

"You know, M'am, you have to be quiet and to listen to ME now! There's nothing I can do to help you. I'm going to hang up on you and answer other calls." CLICK. She hung up on me!!! Leaving me frustrated, blown away about how rude she was, but most importantly, my problem was still unresolved. I called back again to speak with a girl that helped, but she was absolutely nasty and raised her voice. The FOURTH time I called (because the course locked me out a THIRD time in the middle of a question) the man was decent to talk to, and helped, but only after about 40 minutes.

I would NOT recommend this course; I dreaded calling the customer service line. I would rather sit through a 6 hour course on a Saturday than take this course again. The course itself was easy, but not worth the frustration of speaking to absolutely vile people that obviously hate their jobs! I'm calling Geico to let them know. I have NEVER dealt with customer service representatives this rude in my life!!
