This is a totally frustrating waste of time. I was locked out (for no reason of my own, they say it has to do with the keystrokes (Biometrics a sensory measure for security purposes). I called and was on hold for 30 mins the 1st time. They said they unlocked it, but they didn't and now I've been on hold for over an hour, yet the telephone recording says "estimated time is 7 mins., 13 mins, it keeps changing while I'm holding, then they just hung up! Not only is the customer service poor, the technical aspects (computer issues) horrendous! I had come to nearly the end of the course when the popup began "you're locked out"...
