Terrible customer service - American Safety Council defensive driving course

What a horrible experience with this company. I work for a large call center and never have we treated a customer the way I was treated by Nolan. I purchased a learner's permit course, you only get 2 chances to take this test before you have to go to the DMV and take it. The first failed attempt was because my son ran out of time, which is fine, that now leaves me with one more attempt. Once he was done with the first 20 question the page was showing a new question but with the answers to the last question. I called and Nolan told me to refresh the page to "un-loop it" I did as I was told and problem fixed. He kept taking the test and when he got to question 16 the test froze. I refreshed and now I was restricted from taking the test. Apparently Nolan's attempt to "un-loop it" caused me to use his second chance at the test. I called back and guess who answers Nolan, he said nothing can be done and I couldn't speak to a supervisor. He was rude and hung up on me, I called back and you guessed it Nolan picked up. One rep for a call center? He was rude and sighing like I was bothering him or he was doing me a favor. Never again with this company and you better believe I will not be recommending this company to anyone.
