Kohl's
Order not shipped it's been 15days - customer service does not answer e-mails and can't get anyone on the phone - Do Not Shop at Kohl's if you want your merchandise for Christmas

Always a problem with slow shipping but this is crazy - order was due to be delivered 10days ago - they won't answer e-mails for up to 10days - which is after Christmas - wait for hours on the phone can't get customer service. Now they have a problem with their web site - can't look at order status. Spend thousands a year at kohl's - time to cut up the kohl's charge
