Gloria Barrigan falsified an Authorization to a mortgage company by fax stating I am opting out of a modification and for the mortgage to go to foreclosure. That i found out a few days later that modification had been approved! Mortgage company never sent a confirmation on this and closed the approved modification. Bank then gave another application to start over a new modification. Bank is aware of this fraud and I have notarized a statement at bank in the modification dept in person to not allow Gloria Barrigan authorization again. She has faxed authorizations again and has spoken to person assigned to the file recently. Why is my mortgage modification dept allowing this?! She is not authorized. Gloria also stole private documents that had my ssn# and forged my name on these faxed authorizations. I do want to charge her with fraud and charge the mortgage company with negligence.
