I send for an order of slimtone plus and body cleanser plus on 25 nov 12, this order arrived at my door on 30 nov, now by the time i cancelled these items as they are a scam and dont work. It was the 12 dec 12, so i had cancelled then within the 14 days required by there T&C. Im sure they started counting the days from when they sent the package out to be posted, this unfair as we the consumer are not getting the full potential use of the good bought. I contacted them today 04 jan13 with many difficulties of getting hold of them for them to relpy sorry i never cancelled with in the stipulated time. I have evidence of my orders and cancelation but i dont get any recipt for the post delivery.
