Who is responsible for fixing SMUD street lights? This has been tossed back and forth between the city and SMUD - we were told by the mamagement here repeatedly to call SMUD as it is a SMUD streetlight and has been out for over 4 months. Careless drivers have hit the lamppost in the pitch black with their vehicle several times.
