Lost - Horrible Driver training

I have had shipments from a National Products Business delivered to my house by UPS every other week for quite some time now. Last week I received a telephone notice that they could not locate my house. My house is in a rural town, but it is on the main road, w/o one tree blocking the view. My mailbox w/4inch numbers is directly beside my driveway. I called and a woman told me that there was no reason the driver should not have delivered my package and she would set it up for today. Today I got another phone call telling me the same. I spoke with a man this time and he told me that it must be a new driver and I would have to pick the package up. If the "new" driver can't read a green road sign and numbers on a mailbox and doesn't have sense to use a map device, he's too stupid to work for anyone, much less UPS. I still have to travel 30 mi to pick up my package or it will be sent back. Hows that for service??? I wonder what will happen to my future deliveries???
