Express notice says, "You have been selected... And where you sign it says, "My transfer fee of $20 is enclosed in Cash, Check or Monday Order payable to FAA." Odd, I spent my time filling out their form then thought, "No, this is too good to be true." They will take your $20 but it doesn't specifically say what you have won. A scam through the postal service that needs to be addressed!
