Contents stated that the monies would be rushed to me once I submitted information that I was indeed the person addressed, living at the address postmarked, 18yrs of age and a $20.00 payment via cash, M.O. Or check payable to FAA I decided this was a sc am and went to research it and in so doing find myself here.
