I've been on the phone for over an hour to them. Cancelled after three service calls with the first month. Was told I would not be charged early termination. Got a bill for over $400 from collection agency today. I had stopped payment on any further bank withdrawals from them. It has been 70 minutes and I'm still on hold. The service tech did not show up on the forth app't. He told us on the third app't he did all he could to fix the connection and did not know what else to do.
