I received a phone call from a man claiming to be with Windows. He said windows had been receiving messages from my computer indicating srious errors. He said my computer had incurred 93% damage due to viruses. He persuaded me to allow him access to my computer to clean it up. He put me onto a website to fill in a form for one years protection assuring me that it would cost me far more if i did not allow immediate access. He quoted my computer licensing security number to prove his authenticity. His technicians had access for the rest of the day and proceeded to uninstall all my security protection programs telling me that they were conflicting and that i didn't need them. Now mercaway is sending me emails which i'm ignoring. I have contacted my bank and have reinstalled anti-virus protection
