I ordered a free trial of a product online and received a phone call saying that I was also going to be given a subscription to a rewards club to earn savings on groceries and dining. I continuously told the representative I did not want this service and she had an accent which made it difficult to communicate properly with her. My card ended up being charged nonetheless and when I called the number the rep gave me to cancel (1-800-338-8840) they told me they could not find my account. After speaking with the company I ordered my initial product from they assured me that this was not their company and they would try to help me cancel. I am attempting to call back Smart Shopping Savers Club and resolve the issue.
