Tried a trail with this company for $4.95, did not see where i would be charged again on 12/30 my visa card was charged $99.67. I called the company an first she told me i was bound to pay the $99.67 for the product, tha they do not refund any money back. I told her i did not see that part online when i ordred the trail. She apolized for me not seeing it. When isaid i would report them to the BBB and get a lawyer she put me on old while she cancelled any futher products and charges and talk to someone to see what she could do, she then offered to refund $40.00 back. She asked me if i was satisified wit that i told her i would take it but was not happy, also i told her that i saw where there were other complaints about the company and that i was making a complaint. I even offered to sent the product back to get a refund and she said i couldn't.
