You did in fact ship me the correct item size after I returned both pairs. You are offering me a partial refund which I do not agree with. You also stated in your email the totally wrong items I ordered and returned for exchange on size cause I received wrong sizes. You replaced the 1 pair (tracking # of received item: 794355605418 received on 12-24 and I received that but also have returned these for FULL REFUND cause they are broken. You supplied the return label with tracking number: 9202394653015007258922. You had to receive them by now and I wish to be refunded for those. They were $16.99 Item gzwsFORLlblack6.
