Anthony podias got me the same way just like everyone else. He tells me everyday im waiting on your files to come across my desk and this has been since the end of sept. He low balled my deal also on a piece of property that i wanted. But the only good thing that came out of this for me so far is that i made them sign a contract agreement with me stating that they will give me back my refund and full if i decided to change my mind or the deal went south. I keep all paper work that i sent to them like a 10 day demand letter that they ignored and also the corresponding info from the bbb and i just filed a complaint with the ny department of states on them and im not gonna stop here. Im gonna pursue and sue this cig reality. The best thing i can tell everyone is to go on the bbb and complain and keep complaining, call your local news company, ftc. Gov, podias wants us to go away and let them have this money scott free. No way no how!!!
