Same scam! You order the free trial, which btw DOES NOT WORK! Then 2 weeks later you get charged $79.99. I called the "helpful customer support team" to cancel the order requested for a refund. I was promised to receive the money within 5-7 business days. Guess what? That hasn't happened. It is now 12/18 and I still haven't received my refund. Today, I have called 4 times, 2 different reps and I have been transferred to the "direct line" in the their escalation department. This is ridiculous! Highway robbery! Scammers! These people should be fed to to the lions! They make money and feed their families by scamming people. This is such a shame. Karma will come to those who do harm to others.
