OMG, I too ordered the free sample of Lipo Slim, I saw an ad on Facebook about Rachel Ray's testimony. I agreed to pay 4.95 shipping charges (Feb 10), but I noticed two new $80.10 charges taken out of my credit card for Lipo Slim (Healthpay & healthbill). I immediately called the company because I haven't got anything... Yet! After reading all these complaints I called my bank, I cancelled my credit card. I called the company again, they told me I will get the trial pills in the following 8-10 business days (the lady told me they have problems shipping in Canada... This delays my order), but then when I said I wanted to cancel the $80.10 charges, they told me they can refund only 50%... Again, I have to wait 8-10 days for this refund... I don;t thing I'm getting neither pills nor my money back... What can I say... Don't shop online!
