Direct TV promise worthless!

This company does not care about there customers. I've had there service for a month and a half, and they are the worst cable/satellite service I've ever had in 22 years. First off the told me my monthly bill would be $46 including taxes and fees for 12 months, 1st bill was $46 now the 2nd bill is $52. The installer did not connect the receiver to wireless after he said he had (I had to do it). The remote to the main receiver went defective on the 3rd day (it took 4 days to get a new replacement), the mini receiver in the upstairs bedroom keeps disconnecting from the main HDR. All the commercials are louder (which did not happen with Dish Network or Cox Cable). I called Direct TV customer service and told them I wanted to discontinue service and was told I would be charged $440, even though they admit their have been a lot of problems in a short amount of time. Oh, the rep. Couldn't explain the extra $6 charge on my bill. Bottom line: Big company promises you anything to get your business, then becomes the bully and liar once your on board. You have been warned!
