I have placed 2 orders with the benfranklin.com and 1 with the benfranklincrafts.com site. The first order was for an item they took my money for but now the item isn't even showing as available on their site. None of my orders have been shipped although I have been charged for all and no one has responded to several emails and phone calls. You can't reach a real person and only get a voice message.
This company has ZERO customer service. I have placed a complaint with the BBB of Wisconsin and will never do business with this company again. It seems their way of doing business is to take your money and then ignore you.
It is amazing to me that the Ben Franklin store name has become what appears to be a scam or at the very least a company that does not care about it's customers. All I ever wanted was the products I paid for and some communication about when they would be shipped. Now I just want my money back because I had to order the items I needed from another company.
