This company is a scam! I have my own money balance with them for $1100 but they won't want to return even I tried to lower the withdrawal to $500. The "withdrawal" status keeps showing "PENDING". Each time I called them (Laura Bohn - accounts dept) or my new Account Manager - Karla, they made fake promises that "your money will be in latest by this week to your credit card. But when the day/week passed, nothing happened and I called again, they would say the same thing. No reasons or whatsover excuses given. They even have the cheek to say "it's your money, you will get it!" Don't trust them! They are bunch of liars! Their so-called support team "[email protected]" never existed. You never receive any reply from them! We should all join forces against this company before more victims are scammed!
