I attempted to make a withdrawal from my account. I spoke with Laura from accounting and she looked at my account and told me that I could withdraw anything over $1182 from my account. So I made a withdrawal of $129.27 and 5 business days later, my withdrawal was denied. I contacted Laura about the matter and she told me to go ahead and make the withdrawal again and she would have it approved within a few hours. I waited all day and my deposit was still pending. That was Friday 05/25. This morning (05/29) I contacted her again because my withdrawal was still pending and I asked her what the problem was. She said she had made a mistake and that it would take another 7 to 14 business days to approve my withdrawal.
I have been lied to and mislead. I have been strung along and my money has been withheld from me for too long. Thankfully I kept copies of all my conversations with laura.
